Day of Wedding Planning Package
$2450
This package is aimed towards the couple who have planned and designed their wedding, but need someone to connect all the details together to make sure everything is done just as you planned. At the very least, every couple needs a day of coordinator so that they, as well as their closest friends and family, don’t have to worry about a thing the day of their wedding.
- Preferred vendor access for your wedding.
- Three design and wedding plan meetings to go over every detail.
- One site visit to put the vision together for your wedding.
- Create wedding timeline and distribute it to all vendors.
- Lead and coordinate wedding rehearsal at ceremony site.
Before Wedding:
- Eight hours on site for your wedding day.
- Set up details such as guest book, place cards, programs, etc.
- Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception.
- Serve as contact for all vendors.
- Hand out final payments to vendors.
- Guide musician and/or DJ for play time.
- Direct ceremony processional.
- Assist with room flip between ceremony and reception.
- Follow timeline throughout the evening.

Yes, you and your closest friends and family will absolutely benefit from a day of coordinator! This is going to be one of, if not the biggest day of your life this far and you should all be able to enjoy everything you have planned, without managing the intricate details and any unforeseen hiccups that can come up with any event.
- How much is a wedding planner in Portland, Oregon?
I can't speak for all, but my packages start at $2,450 for day of coordinating and go up to $6,500 for full service planning.
- What costs most at weddings?
All budgets are based on your vision. In my experience, I have seen most of the budget being allocated towards the venue, including food and beverage.
