Let us do the wedding planning for you. Wedding planning is a job in itself and this package fits the couple that wants to enjoy their time engaged while trusting Najla Rose and her team to plan the wedding and all the details for you with ease and expertise.
- Budget planning for your wedding day.
- Produce and follow checklist throughout the planning.
- Create and source all design for your wedding.
- All wedding vendor research and correspondence from start to finish.
- Contract management for all aspects of your wedding.
- Save the date and invitation distribution.
- Coordinating all extra wedding accommodations.
- Create timeline and distribute it to all vendors for wedding day.
- Manage all drop offs and pick ups for day of wedding.
- Unlimited correspondence throughout wedding planning.
- Twelve wedding planning meetings throughout engagement.
- Three design meetings to go over all the wedding details.
- Layout and design planning.
- Two site visits to envision the set up for your wedding day.
- Lead and coordinate wedding rehearsal at ceremony site.
Before Wedding:
- Twelve hours on site for your wedding.
- Set up details such as guest book, place cards, programs, etc.
- Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception.
- Serve as contact for all vendors and guests.
- Hand out final payments to vendors.
- Guide musician and/or DJ for play time.
- Align wedding party for ceremony.
- Help with room flip between ceremony and reception.
- Follow timeline throughout the evening.

- When should I start planning my wedding?
10-14 months before the big day is suggested to start planning. It gives you time to enjoy the process and take your time in each step, That's not to say if you are 4-6 months out, you won't enjoy it, we'll just need to make decisions a little quicker. Either way, I gotcha! :)
- Why hire a wedding planner?
Wedding planning isn't for everyone, but it's everything to me! Sifting through all the vendors in the market can be overwhelming, I take time to get to know you, your vision and your budget before researching and recommending vendors that I know will be a match for your dream wedding. I will bring the best to the table for you!
Najla was our full-service wedding planner, and she helped pull off our vision exceptionally. Her calm demeanor, communication, and willingness to flex with our many ideas, indecisiveness, and busy schedule were instrumental in the planning process. She understood our style of timeless, classic, understated elegance from the get-go. Additionally, we had to gather a rain contingency plan last-minute due to inclement April rain weather, and Najla was on top of it. She worked tirelessly with all our vendors on the timeline and made sure all their needs were taken care of. We could not have had our wedding day without Najla!
