This package is geared for the couple that wants to plan their wedding alongside with a professional. Whether it’s time that holds you back, or expertise that you value, Najla Rose can guide and assist to make everything you want come to life.
- Preferred vendor access for your wedding.
- Six design and planning meetings to go over every detail.
- Up to three vendor meetings.
- Two site visits to put the vision for your wedding together.
- Layout and design planning.
- Create a timeline and distribute it to all vendors for your wedding day.
- Coordinate drop offs and pickups.
- Lead and coordinate wedding rehearsal at ceremony site.
Before Wedding:
- Coordinator on site for ten hours.
- Set up details such as guest book, place cards, programs, etc..
- Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception.
- Serve as contact for all vendors.
- Hand out final payments and gratuities.
- Guide musician and/or DJ for play times.
- Direct ceremony.
- Assist with room flip between ceremony and reception.
- Follow the timeline throughout the evening.
Wedding Day:

Every couple has their splurge and save buckets. Depending on what you value most, whether it be floral, music, photos, etc. I build the budget breakdown to best fit what you are wanting for your big day.

There are so many variables in answering this question. Things to consider, how many guests will be attending, how many vendors you'll be hiring and of course, how elaborate you'd like your decor to be. We can chat about all the things together to build a budget that works with you and what you're looking for.
It was clear from our very first meeting that Najla was the perfect fit for us. She so seamlessly switched between providing us helpful suggestions/recommendations when needed, as well as nurturing our vision when we did have a clear idea of what we were looking for. Najla also works extremely well with other vendors, providing exceptional correspondence with all vendors and giving a timeline to all vendors well in advance of the wedding.
